A message from the Board of Education:

Dear PG46 Community,

The Prairie Grove Consolidated School District 46 Board of Education is conducting a search for a Deputy Superintendent. This is a one-year transition position (July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026) with the intent that the person selected would become the Superintendent upon the retirement of Dr. Bute. The Board has an agreement with the Illinois Association of School Boards (IASB) to assist in this process.

The Board is seeking input from community stakeholders through an online survey provided by the IASB. The results will be tallied and used by the Board during the interview process later this fall.
